101 Weddings is a 2012 Malayalam romantic comedy film directed by Shafi and starring Kunchacko Boban, Jayasurya, Biju Menon, Samvrutha Sunil, and Bhama in the lead roles. The film is written by Kalavoor Ravikumar based on a story by the director. The film is produced by Shafi's brother Rafi of the Rafi Mecartin duo, Hasainar, and Shaleer under the banner of Film Folks and features music composed by Deepak Dev, whilst cinematography is handled by Alagappan and is edited by Mahesh Narayanan. The film is a humour based story set against the backdrop of a mass marriage ceremony.

Kunchacko Boban and Biju Menon were chosen after their performances in Ordinary, Jayasurya was chosen to play one of the unique lead comic heroes instantly Bhama and Samvritha Sunil were chosen to play the two female leads in the movie.The director is yet to finalise one more heroine along with these two stars. The family-entertainer will star Jayasurya, Kunchacko Boban and Biju Menon in the lead roles while, Salim Kumar, Suraj Venjaramoodu play supporting cast in the movie. Jayasurya shed his weight to look much more slimmer to play the role of the young dance master.Shooting started on July 15 2012 at Kochi, the other locations are Thodupuzha, Ottappalam and Hyderabad. The film shifted to Thodupuzha on July 22 2012, then to Idukki on August 9 2012.The movie will reach theatres soon.The shooting of the movie completes at Thodupuzha.the movie received basically a average/above average rating from the Critics under the tag of entertainer.
